The minimum order value is Php 3,000 and with free delivery


Where does RBCJ Pharmacy deliver?
We deliver nationwide. Our areas of coverage are limited to WWW Express' area of coverage for Cash on Delivery.


What payment options are available?
We accept GCash and bank transfer.

My box was damaged. What can I do?
Given that we are an online pharmacy, we note that customers ordering accept the risk of boxes of certain vitamins, supplements, and medicines getting damaged in transit with our delivery partner couriers. Rest assured, these are just damages to the outside box as the products inside are sealed and protected. Damaged boxes and seals due to transit are not considered tampering.

The picture is different from my order. What can I do?
We note that manufacturers constantly update their product packaging and that the photos online may be enhanced in terms of color. As a result, images on RBCJ pharmacy may vary from the item received. 

How long until I receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, please allow up to 3 business days to receive your order in Metro Manila, subject to product availability.

Provincial orders usually take up 7-10 business days. However, we note that delays are possible due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances with our delivery partner couriers.

Online store hours is from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Orders after this period will be processed the next working days.

Does RBC-MDC charge for shipping? 
We offer free shipping for orders above Php 2,000 in Metro Manila, and Php 150 shipping fee for orders outside Metro Manila.

Where does RBC-MDC deliver?
We deliver nationwide.

What if my product is out of stock?
We are working hard to ensure the availability of all products. Please check back again soon.

Do you give PWD or Senior Citizen discount?
Currently, we do not have the capability to offer discounts to PWDs and Senior Citizens. We note that the government currently has no policy regarding issuing discounts to senior citizens who transact online.

How do I order from your website?
You may browse our catalog and add items to your cart. Once done adding items, please begin the check-out process.

How can I track my order?
We will provide a order confirmation number upon payment completion. Deliveries usually take up to 3 business days in Metro Manila; and up to 7-10 business days for provincial orders.. For other concerns, you may email us at inquiry@rbc-mdc.com

Do you have physical pharmacy store?
Yes, RBCJ Pharmacy is located in Ground Floor, RBC Corporate Center, Don Jesus Boulevard, Alabang Hills, Muntinlupa City. Metro Manila

Do you accept returns or refunds? 
Please email us at inquiry@rbc-mdc.com for any concerns.
Replacements due to damaged boxes are not accepted as we note that provincial orders may expect to receive damaged boxes due to the handling of our delivery partner couriers.
All sales are deemed final given the nature of vitamins, supplements, and medicines. We do not accept returns unless there is an error on RBC-MDC's part.

For any wrong items received, please inform us within 7 days (maximum) of receiving the items for us to fix the problem.

My ordered products were damaged by heat. What can I do?
We note that ordering these products means that the customer accepts the risk of shipping out vitamins, supplements, and medicines.
While we do our best to ensure quick delivery and good packaging, we cannot control the condition of our products while in transit with our delivery partner couriers. As such, the ordered products may be deformed due to heat in transit, which we cannot accept for replacement should it happen.

The seal inside my bottle was detached. What can I do?
We note that these products are sealed with plastic covering which ensure the vitamins bottles are not tampered with or opened. However, purchasing these products means customers accept the risk of some cases wherein the glue that attaches the seal inside the bottle melts due to heat while in transit. This may cause the paper seal (seen inside after opening a bottle) to detach. Items sealed with plastic, whose inside seal detaches, are not accepted for replacement.
While we do our best to ensure quick delivery and safe packaging, we cannot control the condition of our products while in transit with our partner couriers. As such, we acknowledge that there is a risk of seals located inside a product's bottle detaching while in transit due to the country's hot climate. We note that these are not products that can be considered tampered with.

Do I need to create an account to order from your website?

What is RBC-MDC's cancellation policy?
